Stories, research, and practical ideas for sustaining ourselves while continuing to care for others.

Reflections

Much of my work begins with a question. Sometimes that question comes from research. Sometimes from a conversation with an educator, parent, or healthcare professional. Sometimes it begins with two coconuts in the backseat of a rental car. This is where I share stories, ideas, research, and practical resources as I continue exploring one question: How do we sustain ourselves so we can continue showing up for the people and communities we care about?

I hope you'll think alongside me.
